Welcome to SwishCal! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using our service. We've written them in simple language to make them easy to understand. By using SwishCal, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

You accept these Terms when you:
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make big changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app message. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updates.
If you're using SwishCal for a team or organization, you confirm you have the authority to agree on their behalf.
SwishCal is a platform that helps you turn event data from Google Sheets into calendars. It works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and more. You can import events, validate data, manage attendees, and create shareable calendars.
Our service is great for event organizers, project managers, schools, sports teams, and small businesses. It saves time by automating what used to be manual work, like copying events one by one.
Key features include:
We use Google APIs for secure integration, but SwishCal is an independent service.
To use SwishCal, you need a Google account for authentication. We'll guide you through OAuth setup.
Your responsibilities:
We may suspend your account if you break these rules. You're responsible for your content and any issues it causes.
To keep SwishCal fair and secure for everyone, you agree not to:
If we suspect abuse, we may limit your access, suspend your account, or take other steps to protect the service. We'll try to notify you if this happens, but we reserve the right to act quickly.
SwishCal uses a freemium model with three tiers: Silver (free), Gold, and Platinum (paid). All tiers are currently free while we finalize pricing based on usage. When paid plans launch, we'll notify you.
Quotas reset monthly. If you hit limits, we'll prompt you to upgrade. No refunds for unused quotas, and we may change tiers or add pricing with notice.
We aim to keep SwishCal up and running 24/7, but sometimes things happen – like maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues. We'll try to give notice for planned downtime.
We can update or change features anytime to improve the service. If a change affects you a lot, we'll let you know in advance when possible.
No guarantees on perfect uptime or error-free service – it's provided "as is."
We own SwishCal, including the software, design, and branding. You get a limited license to use it as described in these Terms.
Your content (like your spreadsheet data and events) stays yours. By using SwishCal, you give us permission to process it as needed for the service – like importing to calendars.
Don't copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our service. If you create something using SwishCal, you own it, but we may use anonymized usage data to improve things (without identifying you).
We're not liable for indirect damages, like lost profits or data loss, even if we knew about the risk. Our total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the last 12 months (or $100 for free users).
This includes issues from:
We don't control external calendars or emails, so we're not responsible for problems there.
You can stop using SwishCal anytime – just delete your account or stop logging in.
We can terminate or suspend your access if:
After termination, you lose access, but your data in external calendars stays there. We may delete your account data after a reasonable time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. If there's a dispute, let's talk first – email us and we'll try to resolve it. If we can't, disputes will be settled by arbitration under the rules of the Cyprus Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (C.A.D.R. Cyprus Center Ltd), held in Nicosia, Cyprus, in English.
No class actions – disputes are individual only.
